WPEF is a Science based nonprofit group dedicated to counteracting the decline of Whitebark Pine and enhancing knowledge of its ecosystems.

This is accomplished by providing:

1) Education about Whitebark Pine ecosystems-- their values and potential for restoration;

2) Research needed to expand restoration; and

3) Technical assistance and grants for restoration projects.
