published by Island Press, Washington DC, USA.  Published in 2001 (440 pages) it is currently available for purchase from WPEF. The softcover sells for $10 and the hardcover sells for $20. Please add $3 for postage.  You can get either for free if you join the foundation at the $75 level.

The foundation also has a CD for sale that contains the standardized methods and protocol for sampling blister rust infection and mortality rates across the range of whitebark pine. The cost of this CD is only $5 for postage and handling.
